There has got to be more to life than just being really, really, really, ridiculously good-looking.

Brian is in New York City working for the United Nations. He was brought on to work on the Millennium Project. I am not exactly sure his role, but I know it has to do with helping third world countries and monitoring how the UN is doing in meeting their goals. Anyway, it is humanitarian in nature and blah, blah, blah totally Brian.

So Brian is at a bar and gets asked by some stranger if he has done any modeling. Brian tells the man that he was asked to model in a Giorgio Armani show down in Miami, but that he has not done any formal modeling. To make a long story short, this agent wants to sign him and thinks he would be a good match for some Diesel and American Eagle advertisements. Brian likes the idea of extra cash and signs on.

The ironic thing is that that he had to leave meetings at the United Nations where they were talking about infrastructure in third world countries so that he could get to the photo shoot on time. The agency wanted to book him for a Cosmopolitan spread, but that required a week of his time. And that just isn’t something that fits into the UN’s schedule for Brian.

Ahh, Brian, saving third world countries with your knowledge of epidemiology, that you gained from all your valuable time in London and Oxford, and then teaching America how to look cool in their Diesel Jeans the other half of the time. You really are like Derek Zoolander.

Check out Brian’s attempt to be Derek Zoolander and Hansel. No wonder Brian was always quoting that movie.

Also, notice a certain Real World patron from season 13: Paris, on the same page.
