Did Jon Stewart really just call that guy a dick? Oh, hell yeah.

Stewart finally took the gloves off on somebody. I missed it the first time around, but on Friday afternoon, Stewart apparently made clear his distaste for CNN's Crossfire on CNN's Crossfire. Oh yeah, take it to the house.

I really do respect Stewart and The Daily Show. As I've said before, good satire is unbeatable. Even better, Stewart has been adamant and clear that neither he nor the show takes itself too seriously. People do get their news from The Daily Show, but that isn't the point of The Daily Show. And when others make it an issue, Stewart usually deftly diffuses the situation with a little humble humor.

The irony, of course, is that all the other journalists running fake news shows disguised as real news shows feel threatened by him. O'Reilly took pot shots, and apparently the goons at Crossfire took a similar approach. For some reason, Stewart wasn't having any of it this time. He was provoked, and was attacked by a man in a bowtie, and I was glad to see Stewart set him straight.

Ok, I give up...

I'm installing Movable Type 2.65 on a website for Chad, everything appears to be functional, I can Log In and create Authors, etc. But I can't publish anything.

I need help with Local Site Path and Local Archive Path, on the general setup page. Nothing I enter seems to work. I've tried /var/www/html/mt and every possible derivative, as well as /home/admin/mainwebsite_html/mt, and all of it's paths.

Here is the error generated by trying to Save, then Rebuild:

mkdir /var/www/html/mt: Permission denied at lib/MT/FileMgr/Local.pm line 104

Any Ideas???

Edit: Question(s) #2: Does MT come with a default template, or do I have to create/steal one? If so, where does one install it?

Just this past weekend, I was debating who would play B.A. Barracus if the A-Team was remade. And apparently, it was not a hypothetical discussion, because THE A-TEAM IS BEING REMADE!!!!
