Granted, it comes from Cannabis Culture Magazine, but I thought the list of stoned scientists was pretty interesting. I don't thing it's all that surprising that some leading scientists enjoyed marijuana, but the specific examples make for good reading for the curious. Stephen Jay Gould? Richard Feynman? I never knew. Wisely, they put Dr. Timothy Leary towards the bottom of the list -- he's just a little too obvious.
The Dukes of Hazzard rocked. All the critics kicked the crap out of it last week, but I don't really know what they were expecting. Cooter even went on The Daily Show to bitch about the lack of family values. Gimme a break! I was expecting (a) car chases, (b) Daisy Duke, (c) jokes about the South, and (d) Johnny Knoxville and Sean William Scott. You know what? That's exactly what I got. Everybody I went to the theater with enjoyed it, and half of us were sober.
