Slices & Scrabble
Friday the 10th of August, we're meeting at California Pizza Kitchen on Camelback and 24th Street in Phoenix at 8pm. We're gonna grub up on some gourmet pie and then it's on with the scrabble-fest. Geeks, sharpen your vocabularies and begin to assemble. I have ordered the Scrabble board game and The Official Scrabble Player's Dictionary from amazon.com. I'll let you know when the shipment arrives, we'll meet at one of several local coffee shops, and we'll throw down triple word scores until our brains are jumbled from little wooden tiles and too much espresso. Oh don't kid yourself, you're going to love it.
