ASU's Last Lecture Series offers three ASU professors the opportunity to address students and colleagues with one lecture as though it were their last. Although the professor I nominated isn't speaking, I'll probably still check out a few of this year's lecturers.

![Taste 2002, A Taste of California [Click to see my backside]](http://www.ukazu.com/archives/linked_content/taste_2002.gif)
Taste 2002 was filled with tables and tables of food from talented chefs, bottles upon bottles of different California wines, and throngs of well dressed people ready to strut and saunter, laugh and coo at just the right times. I kept waiting for Jay Gatsby to come strolling along. A very nice affair and the after party at the Wrigley Mansion wasn't too shabby either.
Special thanks to Seth Hollow Horn Bear for the tickets and to Mr. Jeff Stanton for three VIP passes plus the ingenuity to find a fourth. Jonas, Cristy, Aaron and I all had a wonderful time.
